QHS’s mission is to improve health in the
communities we serve. QHS’s vision is to be a nationally recognized leader in
quality improvement through leadership, services, and resources for improving
health.
Strategic Priorities
- Interventions - working with hospitals, nursing homes,
home care providers, doctors’ offices, and managed care plans to improve health
care.
- Performance Validation and Assessment - striving
to ensure quality review for acute, managed, and long-term care programs.
- Data Integrity - analyzing data to protect accuracy,
validity, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

Reporting - addressing the need for clear, concise healthcare

Subsidiaries
QHS currently has five wholly owned subsidiaries, each
initially established for specific functions.
